Since all our products are personalised and custom-made, we follow a strict return policy.

• Returns are accepted only in case of damage during shipping or manufacturing defect.
• Please share an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery to raise a return claim.
• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 7 business days, or a free replacement is dispatched.
• Personalized errors (wrong spelling given by customer at time of order) are not covered.
